Fixing a couple color schemes back to default

Just a color update for a few elites

Fixed the nerfed sniper rifle fire rate

This update focuses on buffing weapons that are lesser used like the plasma rifle, further buffing its DPS, increasing the fire rate of the sniper rifle, increasing the damage of the plasma pistol, etc. There are also a few fixes put in for areas that I have overlooked to prevent issues.

A ton of QoLs and a few encounter changes. This will be one of the final patches to the mod.
