Added new functionality to Drives:
+ Now alter recoil on moves.
+ Shock Drive actually good.
+ Chill slightly less spammable again.
+ Cooldowns for when drives run out are much greater.

Fixed a few more character specific glitches with Magnet Bomb.

Neutral Drive is now much weaker to make using the other Drives more important.

Fair's damage and launchpower nerfed again overall.

Lasers have less killpower, especially the Douse Drive variant.

Forward air and up air have been nerfed both in damage and range (you likely won't notice the changes to up air, too much though).

Chill Drive Fair was a busted monster so its been nerfed more than the rest.

Short Hop goes a little higher to help make up airs easier.

Magnet Bomb no longer broken..?

You no longer float 1 pixel above the ground (not that anyone noticed before)

Made changes to movement and overall made the character feel slower

If you aren't inputting a direction with down special it will no longer light up drives

Dash attack and a few other moves have had the distance they move you reduced

Fixed issue where Pomme couldn't use their projectile if you ate it.

Up Smash with the Shock Drive will now actually apply stun.

Some other smaller things that won't likely be noticed :)
