-Outline added on the ice spawning the Sword.
-Color on snowball and ice has been changed to be seen easier.
-Dair animation has been changed slightly.
-Maximum Air Speed has been lowered 6 -> 5.
-Priorites on hitboxes have been adjusted.
-Base hitpause and scaling on multiple moves have been adjusted.
-BAir and FAir landing has been adjusted from 6 -> 8.

Bair startup increased by 2 frames.
Uair reduced damage to 10.
NSpecial is now slower and more visually appealing.
Both DSpec and NSpec have lower priority.
DSpec has more cooldown on use, getting parried now turned to 5 seconds.
Added indication for when snowball is parried and can no longer be spawn if one already exists

-Hitboxes are now more active by Dash Attack, B-Air, F-Air, F-Tilt, Nair, U-Tilt
-Fair, Utilt hitboxes have been changed to represent animation better
-Nair recovery increased by 4 frames.
-DSpecial now only lasts for 5 seconds and can be rolled on to destroy it. (poor snowball)
-Parried DSpecial now disables it for 3 seconds.
-Taunt can no longer move spawn platform.
-USpecial height reduced.
-Attempted color fix

-You can now jump within the first 5 frames of F-Special
-U-Tilt startup reduced 9 -> 7.
-U-Strong is more consistent and falls out less on platforms
-D-air no longer hits both physical hitboxes and projectile.
