Fixed missing string tables for each map

Overall:
? Fixed loud sound issues with the sound cache
? Fixed flickering thumbnails and backgrounds (loading screens, not textures sadly)
? More health and ammo throughout the campaign
? More rescue closets
? Added weapons to all safe rooms, instead of just Chapter2

Chapter1:
? Added more ammo in the locker room, so people wouldn't have to walk all the way back to spawn to refill weapons that are found in the HEV room

Chapter2:
? No changes

Chapter3:
? Fixed spawn rate of certain items, they will be more frequent than previous versions
? Added a rescue closet at the bottom of the big elevator
? Added more weapons at the bottom of the big elevator
? Fixed safe room elevator door disappearing

Chapter4:
? Fixed safe room elevator door disappearing
? Added 2 safe rooms
? Fixed ceiling not breaking, previously causing players confusion as to where to go before reaching the turret room
? Added better reward for players reaching areas far away from main path
? Added more melee weapons and health items around the map

Chapter5:
? Added 2 rescue closets
? Added better rewards for going into conveyor belt room
? Added more health and ammunition in the map

Chapter 4:
• Fixed hanging electric light killing you even though the power is turned off.
• Fixed special infected being too polite and opening some doors for you.
• Fixed a door hinge being too far away from the wall.
Chapter 5:
• Attempted to fix the roll-credits stats not showing correctly when the finale escape sequence completes.

Manually entered "stringtabledictionary" into the console after loading the maps l4d2_hl1_1.bsp and l4d2_hl1_5.bsp
The file size has changed so hopefully that did work this time.

Chapter 1 and 2:
• Fixed shiny textures (thanks RF)
• Attempted to add stringtables to Chapter 2 Part 1
• Fixed button textures not toggling
• Create a wall_toggle to hint to the player where they need to go before proceeding past the security door (where the dead barney is)
• Added logic to the HEV button so it unlocks the security door
• Expanded trigger that also unlocks the security door in case the player does not want to pick up the HEV suit gun
• Finished microwave logic

Chapter 5:
• Unlocked door to silo button
• Made metal shield in cafeteria breakable
• Fixed button textures not toggling
