Changed the order of Co-op mutators, changed the name of "Ground Huggers" to "Low Runners" and added a "Low Runners Survival" mutator.

Moved the Steam Group Servers to Extras (no language support, to be fixed).

Changed most of the menus width to be the same.
Fixed the Solo Mutation navigation menu (didn't marked the "Start Game" button when entered previously).
