Changed the order of Co-op mutators, changed the name of "Ground Huggers" to "Low Runners" and added a "Low Runners Survival" mutator.

Moved the Steam Group Servers to Extras (no language support, to be fixed).
Fixed the Split-Screen>Campaign>Blood Harvest>The Train Station menu.
Changed most of the menus width to be the same.
Fixed the Solo Mutation navigation menu (didn't marked the "Start Game" button when entered previously).

Almost every text in the split screen menu is now language compatible!
Removed "Mill Escape" from "Split Screen > Scavenge > Hard Rain" (it's the same as Sugar Mill).

Added a "Go back." button to every sub-menu in the split screen menu.
Cold Stream realism split screen sub-menu now opens a match in realism mode.
Known bug (FIXED): Cannot press the "Go back." button with the mouse in "Split Screen > Campaign > Blood Harvest > The Train Station" (you can still select it using keyboard arrows).
