Changed the order of Co-op mutators, changed the name of "Ground Huggers" to "Low Runners" and added a "Low Runners Survival" mutator.

Added a "Go back." button to every sub-menu in the split screen menu.
Cold Stream realism split screen sub-menu now opens a match in realism mode.
Known bug (FIXED): Cannot press the "Go back." button with the mouse in "Split Screen > Campaign > Blood Harvest > The Train Station" (you can still select it using keyboard arrows).
