- Settings now save and load properly

- Modified xp frame and bars no longer replace default texture. They load from a seperate texture sheet now.
- Charge bars should now be placed properly for the following class mods:
- Dragon Prince Class (by mlbyas458)
- Theolentist Class (by OedipusTex)
- Added 1 second delay to charge bar tooltip.
