Health & Mana Bars (v.31)

Description
Changes the health and mana globes into bars.

- Synergies compatible (as long as it is above synergies in the mod list)
- Show/Hide bar text
- Show as text or percentages
- Show XP and fame bar or simply xp
- Settings integrated into existing settings menu
- Works at any UI scale
- No longer requires center globes
(the option has been removed from the menu because the mod ignores the setting completely. thus making it useless)

ah ok. Cuz one of ui modes, Im found here, binds to saves for no reasons oO

@*Yuki* It should not bind to saves. It only changes UI resources from the game and those are not related to saves as far as I know.
