Add the Aen Seidhe as a civilization with Enid an Gleanna for leader.

The mod contains many adjustments and balances affecting the civilization to correspond to a vanilla version of the game. The civilization wants to be the more lore-friendly possible, of course.

Trait
- Scoia'Tael Uprising
+10% Production while building a wonder. Archers have +25% Strength.

Unique 1
- Elven Scout
Replace the Scout. They can perform ranged attacks.

Unique 2
- Scoia'Tael
Replace the Crossbowman. Ignores terrain cost when moving and has +25% Strength while fighting in forests or jungles.
