Add the Kovir-Poviss as a civilization with Esterad Thyssen for leader.

The mod contains many adjustments and balances affecting the civilization to correspond to a vanilla version of the game. The civilization wants to be the more lore-friendly possible, of course.

Trait
- Wealth of the Dragons Mounts
Mines working resources also give you +1 gold, except for iron and uranium that you produce in double quantity instead. A Great Merchant appears once Guilds is reached.

Unique 1
- Great Kovirian merchant
Replaces the Great Merchant. Is able to build a Trade Corporation of Kovir. However his visibility is limited.

Unique 2
- Kovirian Mercenaries
Replaces the landsknecht. Have +3 Strength and can plunder without spending movement points. It also generates Great Generals 50% faster and do not need a free passage to enter foreign territory.
