Is it possible if you can add Vault of the Future or the theme from Vault 22 in New Vegas would be a horrific touch

so theres fallout nv, 4, 1, and 3 but no fallout 2 or tactics soundtrack nombat mod?

Just wandering, can you possible make both of these addons/mods?
