Description
Now part of the: T-Best Uber Unbalanced Mega Mod http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=826220410

This Mod brings back most of the sexy stuff that they removed from the game, but we liked, plus a few extras. It includes:

1. Bombers, Colony ships, Fighters, Scouts, Space Factories, Outposts, and Troop Transports should now have shields.

2. Battle Pods reverted to not take any space, just add space. Defaulted to be added to Frigates and Destroyers.

3. All ship sizes have 8 special slots and 8 weapon slots.

4. Frigates favor using fast torpedoes and eccm, fast & heavy armor missiles as well as heavy armor, reinforced hulls and dauntless guidance systems.

5. Destroyers favor using cannons, torpedoes, heavy armor, reinforced hulls, hard shields and / or shield capacitors.

6. Larger ships use similar configurations.

7. Planetary defenses, outposts and star bases also use eccm, fast and heavy armor torpedoes and missiles.

8. New colonies come with 1 food, 1 production and 1 research.

9. All ship types now have 8 slots of both specials and weapons.

10. I added Spud Dastardly’s volcanic cooling.

11. I added Jump Gate technology to the beginning of the game. You still have to build your own space factory, but you can build jump gates whenever you have the time & factory to do so.

Lord Bubba, I am not sure what you mean? Most of this makes the game easier, what do you think makes it harder?

Yes Kouta, I put in ECCM to counter ECM. I figure if I have a missle, I want some of them to hit, regargless of what counter measures they have. ;-)

you might have gotten something wrong about your describtions : ECCM is a dedicated counter against ECM , yet this game does not have something that deep in it. ECM is for countering missle/Torpedo guidance systems ONLY thou thus both those systems would be essential useless in a gun/laser heavy fleet wich pwns everything btw. never even botherd using space for missles or torps ... and PDW work extremly well in killing those pesky missle only AI fleets

I greatly increased the Per Population bonuses. We are talking extreeme differences! It should be fun. ;-)

- Lots Of Planets
A much cleaner way of getting more planets. I told it to favor 5 planets per system instead of 3.

Btw you should adjust the "old colony base" message as it is confusing. The "old colony base" as far as I get was a building that could be built on a planet to colonize another planet in-system without the need of the colony ship, in Master of Orion 2. While yours is just a boost to the colony ship.
