Description
This mod adds the Joker Gang as a civilization, lead by The Joker. Requires BNW and G&K.

UA: Killing Joke
Instead of Golden Ages, enter Anarchy for the same number of turns and spawn a Clown in every City that explodes at the end of Anarchy. During Anarchy, all units get massive combat bonuses.
UU: Clown
Jokerz unique replacement for the Great General. Is a combat unit, with Strength based on current Era. Captures and converts defeated enemies.
UB: Amusement Park
Jokerz unique replacement for the Courthouse. Costs less and grants +2 local Happiness. When entering Anarchy, the City loses 1 Population.

Compatability
Support provided for: Civ 4 Traits; JFD's User Settings, Civilopedia, CiD, Cultural Diversity, ExCE, Mercenaries, and RtP; R.E.D.; Map Labels
Added support for the strength-changing effect of the Clown for the Enlightenment Era, any pre-Ancient eras, and any post-Future eras.
All of my mods should be perfectly compatible with other mods. Let me know if there are any conflicts.

Uncertain if the modmaker is still paying attention to their comments thread, but I would like to point out an interesting bug with relations to the Joker Civ and any modded Civ with a Great General Unique.

For some reason, if a Civ (haven't confirmed with vanilla Civs with unique Great Generals) has a Great General unique, instead of getting that Great General, they get a Clown instead.

I've confirmed this with both the Fire Emblem Bern Civs (with the Dragon General), and Caesar's Legion (Legates).

Deliriously overpowered. The Unique Ability is completely absurd, especially when considering the power of the clown unit. These units can easily defeat other land units from 2-3 ERAS ahead, not even counting that the "explosion" of the clowns at the end of Anarchy doesn't seem to work. Playing a game with Joker as an AI will lead to them taking over everything with ease using their overpowered and easily shit-out clowns. Only use this mod as the player character.

@PonyKing, it sounds like you're having conflicts with other mods. You can try looking in the log files and figuring out which things are breaking and why. If you do, let me know. Or, if you have an idea, let me know and I'll look into it and see what I can do.

i LOVE the joker but this mod is just too buggy it keeps crashing. at least for me.
