Fast Two-Handed Weapons

Description
Your character can swing two-handed weapons just as fast as one-handed weapons. Unabashedly a cheat. Enjoy.

UPDATE:

I've made some fixes, hopefully this should work correctly for everybody.

Thank you, this mod has been so helpful, and has re-kindled my love for two handed weapons, before I was like "I would use this cool warhammer, but it would just swing so slow" but now I can swing like it weighs nothing, once again, thank you!
