Not all the items included in the larger addons are entirely appropriate such as captain America's shield, but they do contain items which are, such as the dino armor and gun mod which adds military/mercenary clothing, SPAS 12 shotgun (the shotgun Muldoon and Grant use in the first movie).

* Featherless raptor mod basically creates a separate raptor species, while not replacing all the feathered raptors (your tamed feathered raptors for example will not be affected). I don't know if the feathered raptors continue to spawn in the wild with this mod.
As the two are considered two separate species, they cannot interbreed.

* The fences added by the ROTJ mod may seen slightly inadequate for the larger specimens, but are otherwise suitable.

* Yes a Halo warthog is included as it is currently the closest representation of a Jurassic Park vehicle currently available.
- The warthog is the slayer of everything except for rocks, water and possibly structures, in its current state. If you try and run over dinos, you may be launched closer well above what you knew and recognized.
