This is a basic 2 star nursing home with 40 rooms for Senior Citizens.

This Asset and the Mod are both in Beta! If you have any problems, please comment accordingly.

Please note, this Asset is a proof of concept for the Senior Citizen Center Mod more than anything else. I hope the community can make better Assets that will work with the SeniorCitizenCenterMod:

OL? FYI. This asset isn't really recommended. There are better assets as per the comment below.

I created a new asset that is better than this one, no one should subscribe to this asset anymore.

Note, I updated this asset to add lighting but when I loaded in my save game with a bunch of homes placed, they were gone. Placing new homes still works. I'm very sorry for this inconvience and will attempt to find a proper way to update the asset in the future.
