With the end of the Second World War in 1947, the world powers found themself on the precipice of a new era. The Great Powers that defined the pre-war period gave way for the new world superpowers, the United States, the Soviet Union, and the British Empire. For the next 50 years, the world would be defined by this great power struggle, in an era known only as:


Twilight of Empires [ToE] is a MASSIVE alternate history mod, encompassing units and systems from the late 1960s, all the way into the early 1990s, featuring close to 200 new units across 14 nations. ToE also sees the addition of a new fictional nation: the Republic of Orenda, a democratic eastern European nation that stands as a bulwark against communism in Eastern Europe.
