Description

A scrapped prototype design for smoker remastered, which made him look more similar to the L4D2 variant by also having a hospital gown. This version was scrapped in favour of the fallen survivor version cuz it looked too similar to the l4d2 one.

This version has already been featured in some patches by sirwololo like no mercy patch and fairfield terror patch.

I'd like to think That a smoker with nothing but a hospital gown trucked all the way to the middle of the forest only to then just DIE. Like He just has a heart attack; when he dosen't find someone to LICK, AND DIES.
