Less Shiny Francis Arms

Opis
This is really a non issue, I just thought francis' arms looked a little plasticy, almost like a doll. This mod reduces the shine on his arms, while leaving everything else mostly the same. I added shading to his fingernails, it looks better anyway

Won't be compatible with anything that modifies francis' normal map.

Yeah for whatever reason the TLS team brightened the phong mask on his arms when they updated his normal map, thus making him too shiny
