SYSTEM RESTORATION: DATA

Description
A computer virus has been infecting various user systems, moving files and directories around seemingly at random and corrupting the data that was stored in them. Worst of all, the 'directory-info' files have all been deleted, causing the OS to crash when trying to view any folders! Restoring order and fixing the files's contents is a later concern, for now we just need to reintroduce said 'directory-info' files in each folder (Host).
Each file starts with the system keyword (File 300) for this type of file, followed by a sequence of 2 values per file present in each host, the file-ID and the file-size (measured as the length of each file). Empty directories do not have a 'directory-info' file. You can also find the highest file-ID present in file 300.
