Guardians Shuriken Catapult Range 2

Turns the Eldar Guardian unit from only having 1 range to having 2 range. Due to how the files are structured, anything with the Guardian's weapon (Shuriken Catapult) are all now 2 range.
To compensate, the base damage of the weapon was moved from 1.5 to 0.7 (it says 0.9 in the screenshot because the unit was leveled).
This pretty much turns the Guardian into a glass cannon.
I haven't used this change very much, but in my experience it's semi-balanced enough to not mess up gameplay a lot. However I am open to adjusting the values if people would like me to.
