An updated/alternative version of my mod Blind Tribe.
Allow Blindsight meme for most Tribes (Gentle tribe and Biotech tribes not affected).

I recommend to play with Dynamic Diplomacy, to let factions change ideology.

Hey, just so I'm understanding this right, this doesn't force any tribes to use blindsight does it? It just allows the blindsight meme to be among the memes that can be randomly selected for them?
