Description
Robber barons are a new bandit faction that consist of 3 parts levies, legion, and commanders. They will put up a hell of a fight even against stronger armies with a arsenal of javelins.

must be a new game

Requirements
It doesn't have any requirements other than harmony.
Banner lord 1.2.9 and 1.2.10

Hey, thanks for doing this! It nicely spices up the early game, and the Baron's Retinue and Deserter guys make for nice glass cannon troops. :)

ummm, does this work? I loaded this and have played for hours - not one robber baron encountered
