Report a translation problem
I would recommend adding some temporary wheels and then in the hotbar, set the wheels that are not appearing to Add Wheel. Drive around while rapidly pressing the Add Wheel buttons on your hotbar.
The other option ive done is if I have admin privileges on a survival server, create the blueprint with welders, then delete it with admin. Next I would just spawn in a new one. This way everything works and the hot bar is fully functional. Also there are no missing blocks hidden inside. By deleting the projected blueprint, this process still uses up resources and I had to spend time creating the projected object, so I dont see it as a cheat.
