Description
Newest Update

Added support for EBF City Ruins. All items from MIA are now possible rewards for exploring city ruins.

Evolving Battlefields

Evolving Battlefields (EBF) is a series of mods that bring more fluidity to the game's combat situations. These mods are intended to improve the immersion and lore aspects of the game while making as little impact on vanilla balance as possible. The AI may not be able to take full advantage of some mods, but shouldn't shift the balance significantly.

What is this, a crossover episode?

This mod serves as a patch adding Devian's More Items and Arefacts to the EBF series. New functionality added to each EBF mod by More Items and Arefacts is listed below. More will be added as I update the series.

Several of the essential and uncommon items have been added to the list of loot for the wrecks and salvage. Generally kept added items to neutral or the same faction as the wreck being explored.

City ruins have all MIA items available as possible rewards for exploration, including Arefacts. Items are not restricted by faction, any item can appear from any city.

Compatibility

This mod should not conflict with any mods that don't already conflict with one of the mods listed above.

@pyromaniac7777 Great news! Thanks for the followup.

hey just a follow-up, I did solve my issue but ironically it was by ignoring load orders entirely and reinstalling the game and playing without even looking at the list (~30 mods). I'm not gonna look a gift horse in the mouth, it's working perfectly so :)
oh and checking the log is a great tip, thanks

@pyromaniac7777 Are you crashing in a new game or in a loaded save game? Changing the load order can potentially break saves. In fresh games with just the four mods listed above I had no crashes when using the shop. If you're crashing on new games I'd recommend eliminating all the mods but the above 4 and add the others back in one at a time to find the conflict. There is an error log in your documents folder at "Proxy Studios\Gladius\Logs" that may point to the problem as well.

I can't seem to get my load order right. The mod always worked for me, but then recently changed my load order and now I get crashes whenever I open the shop. Any idea what my issue is? I'm following the load orders as instructed for every mod
