Award for special services:

I am HQ Commander L. Mnilans, and I propose to introduce a system of rewards for special merits, which will be accompanied by cash bonuses or vacations. The current reward system is not perfect in my opinion. The phrase "We are fighting for a greater good" may be enough for the ideological ones, but new recruits often break down in training camps and on the battlefield either desert or do not act rationally.
