Description

Mod status: Discontinued. Currently working in my spare time on a separate Nippon mod, while also waiting for the other mods (not made by me) to come out.

This mod re-skins the 2 nippon subfactions of Cathay in Immortal Empires Expanded mod.

In case you never used mixer's mod (i highly doubt it if you can play IEE), Players need to click 'toggle minor factions' button on the Cathay LL selection screen to see the Nippon factions

The two factions are called "Sanyo Clan" & "Okumotu Clan" flags like on the thumbnail.

Load order:
>Mixer
>IEE Nippon reskin
>Immortal Empires Expanded.

For now this mod covers:
Peasant units
Jade warrior units
Dragon guard units
Nan gau units

Planned to add:
Magistrate
Celestial general
Gatemaster
Astromancer
Alchemist

The rest including ror units and some weapons are imported from china :/

Compatible mods:
Most of my unit mods (not yet)

Jade army
some other

Don't say that Orendiz!!! Your mod here has been wonderful and has brought joy to so many. This mod really did a great job in making me feel like i was REALLY playing Nippon. I hope you find the spark once more, for this mod has been great and i'd hate to see it go.

Well, that sucks. Hopefully it's not that edgy anime mod with the ronin looking guy who's team you are relying on to make a good mod. Rip, but your life is yours. thanks for the Time.

Sorry everyone. Came to announce here that the mod is currently Discontinued. i'm working and playing around with a different nippon mod project of mine, while waiting for the other bigger nippon mod projects by the other modders to come out. In general i'm a bit burned out from modding because i get poor performance while playing this game so i don't even really get to play the mods i make in the first place that much. So i don't have that much motivation to mod for this game unless its something niche or i'm getting decent performance for this game for ones.
