[PIF] Playground interdimensional forces

Change log:
- Significant work with layers: improved layering to avoid visual anomalies.
- Improved helmet armor: helmet armor now matches its visual model.
- Sight fix: now when the weapon's sight is turning off, it does not fire a shot.
