Prop Integration for MUS FishingDecorative

Description

What does this do?
Integrates "MUS Fishing Decorative" into the Vanilla Expanded Props system. I might make a patch to turn some of this stuff into a style as well. Some decorations still require rotation for variants, which i'm kinda unhappy with and might change in the future.

Do they still function?
All buildables still have their beauty buff and cost to build.
