This mod increases the recharge rate for shields on the lower difficulties to be the same time-to-max as Legendary.

Hey Jason, workshop does not support anniversary graphics. You'd have to replace your files with the ones in the mod to achieve this.

just for description accuracy's sake, the time-to-max in vanilla is 4sec on normal (recharges 25%-per-sec), and the difficulty settings multiply the rate, so you can find the old time-to-max by dividing 4 by the difficulty setting (so they would come out to 8, 4, 2.67, 2).

anyway, I wished the recharge rates were consistent in vanilla, good simple mod. :steamthumbsup:
