Dutch Bros. Coffee

Description
Dutch Bros. Coffee is a coffee chain based in Grand Pass, Oregon and was founded in 1992. There stores are mainly drive thru locations and they sell hot, cold, and blended drinks and some baked goods.

The Dutch Bros. Coffee branding can be removed by clicking on the building and giving it a custom name. Color variation is on the metal paneling and building accents. This allows for a custom building you can create by adding other sign props and color.

Included:
- RICO Unique Building version
- Growable Commercial version with props
- Roadside sign prop

Optional Recommended Mods:
- RICO Mod to have the unique building function as a commercial building.
- Find It Mod to search "Dutch Bros. Coffee" and find all related items.
- Not So Unique Buildings Mod to plop the unique building version more than once.
- Repaint Mod to change the default color variation in game.
- Prop Control Mod for prop anarchy and snapping to place props on the building in game.

Thank you for this. What would you charge to create buildings like one would find on the campuses of UCLA, San Jose State, St Mary's College, etc? I'm rather unfamiliar with 3D creation programs.
