Aryo, The Fractal Light

Description
Aryo is a ice element snow leopard from the future with a secret. He has no elemental abilities at all.
A member of one of the last remaining ice tribes, a result of the rapid melting of the mountain snow due to pollution from the Fire capital, the ice tribes are slowly dying out.

If he had to describe himself, Aryo would say he's "stylish" always trying do do missions quickly and with as many flashy attacks as possible. The literal flashiness of his fighting style has caught the ire of the leader of his camp, known simply as Boss. She's always saying how they have to "be safe" and "not give away our position to the thousands of Fire Empire patrols". pssh, whatever.

Out on a mission to guard the Frozen Gates, Aryo accidentally gave away his position, running into a certain Panther of the Fire Empire's Royal Guard.
After a tough battle, Aryo's commlink was shorted. The last message he could play was Boss telling him they were evacuating, and to go to coordinates that would never appear on his corrupted map menu. He was left heavily wounded. With no way home. Aryo was completely and utterly stranded with death staring him in the eyes.

A moment of hesitation came from Clairen, at least thats what Aryo read it as. One moment just enough to ready a blast of fractals to the face as a smokescreen. By the time it faded, he was gone.

Aryo fled to the fire capital. Where else could he go? His home was crawling with patrols. Hiding in the shadows and planning revenge against the Guards-woman who took everything from him, and the Emperor she was allegiant to.

Deep down, he knows he's partially to blame. His boss kept telling him not to use his abilities to create "Aurora Fireworks" for the kids at his camp, but come on! Everyone loved them! (okay maybe hes a bit of a showoff).

Yeah if he's going to make a rush for Loxodont, he should probably be truthful to himself. This is his fault. As much as he will refuse to admit it, he put himself and everyone else in danger. Still, he has the fire Emperor to blame for taking him away from everyone he cared about. For that, he will pay, and maybe on the way he can run it back against Clairen.

Despite having no elemental powers of his own, Aryo managed to scavenge up Fractals. Shattered remains of the last Gems of Frost he found digging in the snow around the Frozen Gates when he got bored on a patrol. He can use them to imbue his saber, or his jacket with frosty properties. Alongside a saber hilt jerry-rigged from a massive Fire Capitol cooling fan, Aryo wields a huge saber of solid permafrost (assuming he doesn't drop it trying to do a trick).

(Cryoshift in Sleet and Snow Form)

With Aryo's Dspecial, Cryoshift, he can switch between Snow and Sleet form. Sleet form allows Aryo a much faster wavedash, and reduced traction, while Snow form uses the fractals to create damaging afterchills on every attack, increasing his combo potential.

(Slip slash has a quick spark on startup to telegraph itself)

Aryo's Fspecial, Slip Slash, works great with sleet form, granting full invincibility regardless of his Form, and a slippery backdash.

(Air Cooling in Sleet and Snow form. The Fractals left behind can work as a weak protective measure)

Aryo's Uspecial, Air Cooling, is quite limited, only allowing him to move directly upward. However, snow form's Fractals can protect it from attackers, and it works quite well as an offstage finisher.

(Aryo cannot move while Saberflake is out, but it drags opponents close for a perfect followup)

Aryo's Nspecial, Saberflake, works as a short range projectile. Aryo cannot attack for the duration of the move, however it sets up well for some of his closer range ground options.

Other moves of note include his Jab, which can be canceled into any tilt, Utilt, which further reduces traction, and his Dair, which has a weak hit that will bounce up both Aryo, and anyone unlucky enough to get hit by it, into perfect range for a follow up.
