Guide Format
For every announcement (containing media) there will be a section with the game version, title of the news and date (Day-Month-Year).
The sections have the screenshot taker's Discord username and a link to the creation, if it is not released or features multiple creations I will try to link to their workshop page or a collection for you to check out if it has been released since! Note that for news of upcoming content, the Devs may use their own screenshots or gifs.
If you know a creation I couldn't find or discover a mistake, please help via the comment section!

@Jackimo I know I'm a bit late but don't mind me asking how do you link a vehicle that isn't on the workshop? You can't. Therefore, as said in the guide format, Phil links to the owners workshop page. Get it?

Did you read the second section "Guide Format"? If the vehicles from game announcement screenshots are not uploaded to the public workshop, best I can do is link to where it may eventually appear. In rare cases I can't find an affiliated Steam account, especially if it's screenshots that the devs took.

No offense, I don't know what happened to this guide, but it fell a lot in terms of quality.

Before, the link took you directly to the workshop article, and not to the creator's general inventory, which became easier, or less tedious, when searching for this or that article.

Today even certain articles do not appear, or go unnoticed, or are wrong.

I'm going to give an example, a few days ago "v1.10.8 - The Clear Oil Spills Update!" came out, and there is a prospector that seems to be good, I go to the corresponding link in the guide, I search the published ones, and there is none in those that said prospector appears. which ends up being frustrating...
