Explosion Chunks

Description
This mod attempts to add back one of the most sorely missed features in Redux - chunks of ships flying apart when they blow up. This mod overwrites all stock unit and building explosion files and will create actual chunks that both explode, bounce and leave behind scrap.

This is WORK IN PROGRESS. There is a way to better fine-tune the explosions by editing vehicle ODF's one by one, but I'm hesitant to do that because 1) it wouldn't be a global change and 2) other mods that edit stock ODF's would either conflict or override THIS mod resulting in it not working. If you have preferences for how this should work, sound off in the comments. By editing vehicle ODF's I could create much closer explosions to 1.5 with pieces of each vehicle including a custom "vehicle sniped" explosion effect but it would run into the above issues.

-Vehicles explode into small and large chunks
-Buildings explode into mostly small and sometimes large chunks (still working on this one)
-Pilots explode into a burst of gore and gibs that will rain down on you if shot from the sky (just like in 1.5)

I'm still refining this method so if you have any feedback please let me know in the comments here or on our discord!

KNOWN ISSUES:
This mod is work in progress and will be updated as I tweak things.
-Buildings don't always reliably create chunks for some reason, and sometimes big chunks spawn from secondary explosions. Still trying to figure those out.
-If you run into freezing/hanging or launch issues, please try using the DX9 renderer. I don't know why DX11 is having trouble with this mod, but I'm looking into it. DX11 seems overall much more buggy anyhow. Add this to your Steam launch parameter if necessary.

Big thanks to Lancelot Chan for extensive testing, debugging and troubleshooting.
