Sheep's Mod:

Update: Comes with some AI frontline border strategy whatsoever now. Very rudimentary, very basic. It is just scuffed version of something better. Don't trust it.

(Base): Everything in the main mod including Militia spawns, Britain government in exile in Canada, Japanese annoying militias, German endsieg wheelchair, randomized resource spawns and extra building slots (if players wish for it).

Other features:


0: Overall AI improvement, balancing, some minor features.

1. Displaced population - deactivated (I cannot fix it reeeee) because for some reasons, population cannot move to subsequent states but can go overseas (both were intended but only latter works) - but due to some weird interaction with variables sometimes a chunk of 300K Chinese ends up in the UK by bypassing convoy limit.

2. Displaced industry / Industrial relocation (Done): Will gradually move factories across states as they fall into enemies' hands. Currently trying to add a system that helps AI determines how many factories it want to move in a chunk to a state xx distance away from the frontline in order to replace SOV industrial relocation which is just unnecessary for AI most of the time.

3. British militia resistance - not sure if it works but if it does, it will get really brutal.

4. Post-WW2 content to adjust borders in Europe as well as wars in Asia (trying to clean up different mistakes by devs in vanilla), including Chinese Civil War and Korean Civil War

6. Technology research optimization to match MP counterparts more closely

- Mod is intended to work as Vanilla+ only. I will break the mod down into smaller parts so they can be ran separately as some of them can be universally compatible with any other mods.

Update: You now have a test version of AI frontline border avoidance sth sth sth option.

Will come with a proper GUI so you can designate which country handles which frontline later, or maybe coordinate naval invasion.

You already have a border avoidance option for Germany on Barbarossa actually

Otherwise the AI would automatically vacate the area if Germany player has certain amount of total manpower in the field (I will double check if this is currently working)

Besides, you already have a standalone border avoidance mod from the same creator of EAI. Just use it.

Hey, would it be possible to maybe add a "border avoidance" button like in expert AI? Its so annoying playing germany on barbarossa and romania or hungary just keep blasting into the soviets.
Other than that, insanely good mod, keep up the amazing work man!:steamhappy:

12. Soviet AI and Allied AI will no longer conspire to replicate a bug (also exploitable by players but apparently it is no longer considered an exploit by many lobbies in MP now) with airplane design unless severely threatened otherwise.

MAY-20 Patch Note:

1. GER AI will no longer be able to get 1938 tech early if they are on spacemarine.

2. Christmas Union and related Christmas names are now "Christmarx"

3. Christmas Union colour changes to a brighter red similar to Left Opposition

4. Finland will no longer be able to get a free support company early from an incorrect focus any more, and will only receive the full template at the appropriate focus.

5. GER AI heavy tank will now use welded armor instead of riveted.

6. Engineer 2 will be pushed to mid 1938 tech for England, US, and Germany

7. Tweaked air ratio request values for major AI during war.

8. Finland can now do more troops (otherwise limited by the mod's internal division limit for AI) and will be able to access Extensive Conscription once World Tension gets above 40%.

9. Poland can now do more troops.

10. SOV AI may now do paratroopers again, but only as land combat units. We don't want them to para behind backlines yet because it is buggy.

I ended up checking the whole mod folder

It was actually the only error with back end tech juggling.

Fixed now.
