Description
This mod tinkers with the Improved and Advanced Hulls technologies for vanilla ship variants, by adding a new required ship component (such as thrusters, sensors): Hull Upgrades, which you can unlock by researching Improved Hull technologies. Hull upgrades increase hull hp of the ships for additional alloy cost and upkeep. They also provide more disengagement opportunities, one more for improved and two more for advanced.

Components apply to all vanilla ship variants, for example: Improved corvette hull technology will unlock improved hull upgrades to menacing and offspring corvettes as well. If you have a visual bug with messed up required components, try cleaning design it will fix it.

Hello! Thank for your mod and reply in another one. but it since that titan now have no additional hull option to choose but still can be research and the descript are fine just in ship designer do not see the compent option.

Also now Improved hulls will give additional disengagement opportunities, 1 for Improved and 2 for Advanced. Will see how it goes, I might remove the hull increase from technologies once I have more time.

Update is here! Added support for Cosmogenesis ships as well as for Star Eaters and Colossi, now you can adequately protect your important galaxy cleaning equpment.

If you want i can try and make a test run within the next couple days to see if AWSI still works in 3.11 because the last update was in like january or so, and the current mod author took over quite a few older mods so updating all of them to new game versions takes some time.

Anyway, could/would you make a patch for this and AW:SI?

I am not 100% sure if AWSI still works on 3.11, but it atleast worked fine on 3.10, so i can't tell for sure if it would be worth creating a patch for rn without potentially having to update the patch shortly after.
