Creates activated nanoweave, it sits slightly better than Devilstrand in terms of protection but worse in insulation. Utilizes a High-Density Hex Cell and nanoweave for crafting
Wanted to buff nanoweave but also not remove it entirely from its use as a intermdiary resource to crafting eccentric outfits
