Description
Change the tech tree to only allow tier 4 (and few selected tier 5) units for all fractions. Specifically eliminating tanks and other mid and high tier vehicles. Also eliminate most flying units except for low tier flyer from Orc and Tyronids.

Some of the unit upgrades (such as hammer of wrath, multa-gun upgrade) has been move down to lower tier tech tree to allow the low tier infantry/vehicles unit to benefit from them, and allow the low tier units to be competitive with mid tier infantry and vehicles.
