Description
DHI Systems: Weapon pack

Incompatible with Weapon Core

this mod rebalance all vanilla ranges

turret ai now have max range 5 Km

lock-on feature and custom turrets have 7.5 Km range

Plasma accelerator type weapons can be blocked by defence shields but the normal weapons and torpedo's not

the pack contains multiple weapon types that can be summarized into following categories


Light plasma accelerators 200 RPM 400 D/S = 80 000 DPM equivalent to vanilla Gatling Turret 700 RPM 150 D/S = 105 000 DPM

Medium plasma accelerators 50 RPM 10 000 D/S = 500 000 DPM equivalent to vanilla Assault Cannon Turret 180 RPM 4000 D/S = 720 000 DPM

Heavy plasma accelerators 10 RPM 80 000 D/S = 800 000 DPM equivalent to vanilla Artillery Cannon Turret 80 RPM 17000 D/S = 1 360 000 DPM

all standard issue plasma accelerators have 6 variants with the same stats only different is the colour of the pulse they shot the colours are seen on the icons and are as stated Red Green Blue Purple Yellow Orange

while the plasma accelerators are weaker in raw dmg and have much higher idle power draw the plasma charges needed to fire them are nearly dirt cheap
requiring only metal and ice to craft and the plasma accelerators are anti shield weaponry having triple dmg against defence shields

the pack also contains

new small grid reloadable rocked launcher that fires vanilla 200mm missile and its new guided counterpart

Small grid torpedo launcher that can fire type1 torpedo's dumbfire and guided

large grid torpedo launcher that can fire type1 & type2 torpedo's dumbfire and guided

large grid torpedo turret with 18 RPM of any torpedo type
(recommend using type1 dumpfire torpedo's to overwhelm pdc of targeted vessel while type2 guided finish it)

Large grid Puncture lance the strongest of Placc weaponry dealing 100 000 per shot only 3 RPM but x1000 dmg against defence shield require constant 2,5gw of power to charge after each shot

Small grid Heavy plasma lance the biggest and deadliest of small grid weapons dealing 50 000 dmg 3 RPM and 25x multiplier with constant 20mw of power required to recharge

THE BYE BYE CANNON an massive fixed installation 3x5x12 1 500 000 D/s 1 RPM this is equivalent of 100 LG warheads into face and will cause catastrophic amount of dmg to any ship should it hit

5 new ammo types
200mm guided missle which is guided counterpart to vanilla missile

Type1 dumbfire and guided torpedos equal to LG warhead in dmg potential

Type2 dumbfire and guided torpedos equal to 2 LG warheads in dmg potential

guided type munitions have increased cost in form of computers and will only work at locked on targets



the mod also contain DHI specific weapon variants (which are not shown in picture) of the plasma accelerators they are 25% weaker compared to the standard issue version but have better superfire capability and are for DHI PERSONAL ONLY
(didnt want to make it a separate mod as it uses the same definitions as the normal ones)

UPDATE: After i made 1 single small chargepack from the assembler it created 100, when i gave the order to disassemble 1 it disassembled 100, so apparently it works like that.
Still can't craft nor disassemble Large Chargepack tho since it says it requires 50k space just for the Ice to craft/ disassemble and my assemblers only have like 8k max.

I found a couple of small plasma chargepacks and 1 large plasma chargepack when i was grinding materials from a fallen ship, since i'm in need of ice rather than weaponry at the moment i thought about slapping them into an assembler to disassemble them but i get the "missing item" warning for the small one (and a "inventory full" warning for the large one)even tho they are clearly slotted in the assembler properly, is it intended? If not, how can i fix that? I really need to get that Ice

Thank you for another Vanilla weapons mod. I have 9770.5 hours in SE and less than 3 have i used WC. Sure there are a lot of cool weapons, but the interface is not user friendly. I will probably not use this, but will subscribe anyway.

I also really detest toxicity from people. They say "Bye" but keep coming back to flap that pie hole. I have thus tagged all the toxic comments from that one person.

Good luck in your future ventures and will keep an eye on what you make :)

@Vindera the reason you are getting that message is because you are using Weaponcore. WC deletes, or disables if you have compatibilityMode on), any block that it cannot modify or use.

I have deletes objects after 60 seconds. This weapon cannot be used in any mode.

@Daniel "Nero" Drake thank you for sticking with what you planed its nice not having everything demanding WC you made a great mod im already giggling over some of the damage the weapons are doing keep on keeping on im also sorry there are people trying to force you and crying cause your not catering to them and please never do
