[TFA][AT] Remington ACR

Description
Remington ACR, ported from Insurgency workshop to Garry's Mod and running on TFA Base.
Originally ported and released by TFA, this version is my update that I sent to him back in 2018
Changes from the original release: added tan reskin, flashlight and heavy barrel attachments.
