1) most of the ECR stuff stems from my old Enclave East Coast mod from way back that I kept in case ECR came back.
2) It's hard narratively to justify why the Allied States are going to send an expedition to the East Coast, aside posterity.
3) It's more work than I'm willing to put in. Once this Purist detour is done I'm firing on all cylinders USA path.
