After a couple more tests I found out that you were right and two containers are indeed not supported, because the mod author of THIS PATCH named wrongly 2 containers in the"supportedcontainers.config.patch" file.
I saw the last update it's 5th Dec so they are probably still active, try to let them know of their error.
EDIT: I already contacted them
Oh well, I'll be cleaning the server later today anyway. I'll see how a fresh instalment will perform and report if this weird behavior persists.
I took a look and I'm not sure what it's not working for you.
I subscribed the main mod and the patch for enhanced storage and all the containers from that mod are working with ES.
I can dissolve them for storage matter and I can change their size using the storage matrix.
Is there any container not working with ES for you?
