Safehouse Roguelike Pyrgos

Description
This is a continued version from my previous mission "Safehouse Kavala". Instead of unlocking more weapons into your arsenal as you beat the waves, you will be presented a choice between three weapons to use each round. The more rounds you beat, the better the quality of the weapons you may see in the arsenal!

Features
  • Wave survival with a twist! Fight through six waves of increasing enemy numbers, who will not stop coming and hunt you down mercilessly.
  • Keep on the move! Only once you've reached the safehouse enemies will stop spawning in. Keep heading towards that safehouse through back alleys and buildings, disengage from enemy contact as much as possible and use CQB tactics and quick movement in order to reach the safehouse.
  • Eliminate the enemy! Once you've secured the safehouse the enemies will stop spawning. Kill the remaining forces to advance a round.
  • Spectator mode! If you die within an active round you will be able to spectate your team mates. Once the round is over you will respawn and all remaining players will be healed.
  • Random weapons! Prove your versatility by making the most out of your choice between three different weapons. Sometimes you will be able to pick a heavy mg, sometimes you'll get to choose between three handguns. The longer you make it, the better the overall quality of firearms.
  • No two playthroughs are the same! Each round and each game the safehouse location will be randomly chosen within the AO. Sometimes it will spawn across the street, sometimes it will spawn across the city.
  • No mods required! Although ACE, RHS, ACRE, CUP and BAF are supported, none of it is needed to play.
  • Easily editable! Set up your own weapons lists and restrictions by editing the wave sqf files inside the mission folder or port the mission to any map simply by copying all the markers of the original mission to a different map.

Supported Mods

Tested with ACE, ACRE, Enhanced Movement, CUP Weapons, RHS and 3CB BAF. You can easily add more mods or different maps by editing the wave sqf scripts or copying the pbo contents into a scenario on the map of your choice.

@Epik Berm: You're supposed to spawn inside that white circle. Did you edit the mission or is one of your mods causing issues?

I'm a little confused; about "getting to the safehouse", are we supposed to spawn on the complete opposite side of the map of where the white circle is and then spend 4 hours running all the way there?

Since first running into this I've been trying to check and see if it's a compatibility issue with what mods I'd been running. The scenario running fine without any was encouraging, so there wasn't anything busted thankfully. I figured even with a hefty pack that since not too many were server-side dependent it wouldn't be too bad but 4ish hours lata' and it really did feel like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

As far as I can tell it interrupts mission initialization which might be throwing a wrench, but it's a small tweak and nothing I don't mind running without to play this scenario. Thanks for the kickass work hamster - looking forward to showing it off to my buddies. <3\^<^\

Oh, well, it seems I've now run into the same issue as ^Resistence and breadeater85 after getting it to run the mission as the default on startup.

It took a while to load in, but I can hear my character being killed at mission start, hear the music key and indicate mission failure, but I'm still stuck on the map preview showing the AO around Pyrgos without any options to interact. When I closed the server however I was given a view of the environment from what I presume to be the starting location. Very fuckin' weird.

Heya Gangsters. Having a little trouble loading up the scenario it seems. I've got it running on a dedicated server, and it claims it's being read from the mission bank, but it just won't start. I'll hit 100% on the loading bar at the top and it seems to just stall? No loading indicator on my cursor, Arma ain't frozen in task manager, it's just kinda stuck. Never seen it before and it seems to just this mission not playing nice on my box from everything else I've toyed with today; I'm a bit bamboozled.

If anyone's run into this would ya'll know how to fix it?

yeah i meant that there are no guns in the arsenal unless i play on a dlc, and what am i supposed to do after i get the guns

Doctor Amogas: There should be an arsenal you can access on the safehouse. Sometimes, especially in early rounds, you might get unlucky and only roll sidearms, so make sure you check the sidearm tab of the arsenal as well. In rare occassions you spawn without any guns to choose from at all, it's a known bug I haven't been able to fix yet.

ok so i got the map working, but i spawn with no guns, and nothing is happening, no guns are in the thing which says SAFEHOUSE, and i dont know where to go
