1749 is in reference to a pre-release build of Halo 1, called 1749. That build had a unique camera setup for the main menu, using static camera placements for each menu (new campaign, load campaign, main menu, etc), instead of one long fly around the ring for all of it like they went with for the final game. The video in the mod, is me using a script to go to every camera point 1749 had. It's just a little extra.

what is the 1749 one and is there any differences?

You need to go into video settings and change all the backgrounds to the one you want.

I subscribed, but I'm still getting the default MCC menu background (with background video turned on). Same with the Halo 2 one too. What gives and how do I fix it?

no music since i just intended the videos to be used in combination with mcc's menu music, since it changes to the specific game when you're on that specific game's menu / come back to the menu from a matchmade game on that game.

Looks surprisingly good despite the age of the source material. Is there music for this one? I can't hear it if there is.

I really appreciate how these loop almost perfectly.
I've been looking for something like this, especially on the CEA menu, awesome work!
