This mod gives the Fortress of Redemption the ability to found a city.

This city produces half as many resources as the main city and can not expand past its original founding tile. I have also reduced the initial cost from 40 inf/req to 10 each since the city only has one tile. These cities do not produce negative loyalty. This often leaves you with the option of building only one structure. The idea here being that you can now invest further into a FoR site if you want to in order to increase the output of an outpost/FoR.

Fortress city has been scaled to match the scale of Timmeh's City Rescale mod.
