Admiral Yang Wen LI

Description
Adds Admiral Yang Wen-Li from The Legend of Galactic Heroes/Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu to the vaulters faction as a starter hero. As such the vaulters dlc will be required to use him.

Class: Admiral
Politics: pacifist
Skill trees: united empire, Vaulters, Admiral
Extra: starts with a quite overpowered skill giving hefty buffs to many fleet stats, I intend to balance them to a point where they reflect his ability in LoGH but so that he isn't ludicrously powerful.

Just utilised this hero, and he can not be destroyed it appears. Pitty the enemy had him and his carrier ship - indestructible. LOL.
