[WOTC] Shell Map Swapper

Description
What is this?
With all these new shell mods out there I thought it would be nice to be able to select one to view. I did not think it was possible.
But THEN Aeronautic pointed out that there is a console command that will let you load the shell by name.

So I combined this new knowledge into a drop-down list of all the names, making it super easy to select one! The dropdown pulls the names from the enabled config lines.

The dropdown should default to displaying the current Shell menu selection.
After choosing a selection there will be a brief loading screen before that new shell is loaded.

Companion Mods
This mod is best experienced with the other shell mods.

okay that actually sounds right, cause I had to modify the mod list post campaign start.

thank you for the explaination!

It sounds stupid but.. this is caused by the savefile (or lack thereof) in the slot at the top of your list of saves *not* having the same modlist as your currently enabled mods ... yes really.

all the soldiers are the default reaper rather than any soldier saved in the collection. any idea what could be causing this?

The shells actually have a config for which ones can show up. If you look in the various shell mods themselves you should see it.. just add a " ; " to the start of the lines to comment out//remove them ...

Rusty, could this mod support adding in just some of the linked shells shells? I was hoping to simply pull the blank shells from fallen King's mod so that I'd be able to only load the blank shell provided there, saving me 200MB on my giant mod list.

I'm late to the party, but holy shit is this useful for taking screenshots, even without any shell mods. I would've been sitting here opening and closing the game like a dumbass to get a good shell shot for a mod i'm working on, thank you.

> This mod used to pick a shell at random now it's always the stock shell

This happens when the game detects a change in your modlist, normally between current modlist and your 'first saved game slot' ... basically if you have a save file that gives you the ""missing required mods"" pop-up when you try to load it ...
OR .. you have no saved games at all

This is a thing direct from the game itself

Could is there an option to save it to do random shells preferably in the mod menu and of course starting option as off just in case someone has a problem with it then in that case why download this awesome mod.

One day Aeronautic's will work with Music Mod System so that I can have both my own personal music playlist for the game and have an interesting shell to load into ;-;
