[DEPRECATED] A Wrong Put Right: Grudges and Oathgold Rework

Description
With the official changes to Dwarf grudges in 5.0, this mod is no longer necessary (and will probably break your game). You should not use it unless you're on an old build of TW:WH3.

Introduction
Did you know that the righteous Dawi have no grudges against the vile Chaos Dwarfs in vanilla? Did you know that the auto-generated grudges for captured settlements or lost battles against Greenskins or rival Dwarf clans are broken in WH3, never spawning? Have you ever wondered why CA went from making the grudge severity modifiers so overbearing that you spent 90% of your campaign at maximum grudgin', to making them so insignificant that you never had to think about the all-important Dammaz Kron at all? Do you find it strange, as I did, that vastly more Oathgold can be obtained from winning minor battles than from righteously writing wrongs in The Great Book?

This mod aims to fix all of the above and more. Its overall goal is to improve the Dwarf campaign experience by refocusing it on grudges -- without making them overbearing -- and throwing in a few tweaks to make various things more sensible, interesting, and/or fun. If any of this sounds interesting to you, read on for more details!

What It Does
A Right Put Wrong is a essentially a campaign mechanics mod for Dwarf factions that is mostly focused on Grudges: What their severities are and how these are modified over time, which Legendary Lords start with which Legendary Grudges (including options to pick and choose some, if you have MCT enabled!), normalizing starting grudge levels across different Dwarf factions, changing certain "Legendary Enemy" grudges to focus on the character in question (e.g., Skarsnik) rather than any member of their faction, adding grudges against Chaos Dwarfs, both auto-generated and legendary, fixing various bugs with the system in vanilla, and more.

As a secondary design goal, this mod also changes how Oathgold is obtained, re-emphasizing grudge resolution while de-emphasizing victory in minor battles. Finally, the mod also tweaks a couple of technologies, bringing them into the "modern age" of WH3, and it makes subtle changes to Dwarf post-battle victory options to make them more sensible and intuitive.

Compatibility and Configuration
This mod should be compatible with most other mods, although it won't be compatible with any other mod that makes significant changes to the Dwarf grudge system.

This mod should be multiplayer compatible, but I have not tested it in a network environment. Please report any desync issues here, and I will work to resolve them.

This mod is not really save game compatible, as the legendary grudges are only assigned at the start of a campaign. The other changes should carry over into a save game, but I wouldn't recommend starting midway.

This mod is MCT-enabled, allowing for the selection of some legendary grudges for Thorgrim Grudgebearer and Ungrim Ironfist, as well as providing the option to select the percent chance that Thorgrim will receive an extra reward for grudge completion (this is supposed to be one of his unique faction benefits). See the "Grudge System Additions" section of the full change list discussion for more information.

Special Thanks
I couldn't have learned how to make mods like this without the support of the friendly folks over at Da Modding Den and the resources they've created.

R.I.P to the best Dawi rework for the most fun campaigns. It's nice that CA finally got off their butts and gave them the rework they needed, but all honor the ancestors of Dux for picking up their slack in the meantime.

Thank you! Let it honorably sink to the depth of the workshop, deeper than any modder should ever dig in search of the riches of the ancestors.

@akeean:
The mod is unlisted now, but I am leaving it up for those in your situation. It can be accessed directly.

Please don't remove the mod, some people like to run older version of the game via rollback. Just tag the last compatible game version in title and disable comments.

With the reveal of Dwarf changes coming in the near future, this mod is in its last couple of weeks of life. I will be disabling it once 5.0 drops. Thanks to everyone who used and enjoyed it.

@Rendon:
There is no technical limit (well, maybe there is eventually, but it would take an extreme number of grudges to reach it), but it would be a bit of a balance issue in the sense that starting grudge severity would be much higher and spiral out of control much more quickly than designed. Also, some LLs (namely Thorgrim and Ungrim) have more legendary grudges than the other, so it would make these campaigns in particular more imbalanced.
