Use advanced vehicle options and simply select the service vehicle that spawns at each fire station. You can set it to random or you can set it to exclusively spawn any "fire truck" model you have subscribed to or created.

WHY DO THEY ALL REPLACE THINGS?! I would really like to ADD these instead!
